We would like to know what source did you use that you encounter this issue. Eg are you watching Blu-ray videos from the Blu-ray player or just watching movies from Apps eg Netflix or TV channels?
in case this may be due to Internet Connection speed, below are some recommended speed for streaming for your reference:
- A minimum Internet connection speed of 2.5 Mbps or higher is required for standard-definition (SD) programming.
- A minimum Internet connection speed of 10 Mbps or higher is required for high-definition (HD) programming.
- Internet speed can be affected, if others in the home are using a computer to view movies, performing large downloads or play online games.
