Have you transferred the photos to your laptop via PlayMemories Home, using a USB connection or WI-FI connection?
I have provided the FAQ links for both USB connection and WI-FI connection for your reference. (Due to the steps are very detailed, i have indicated the URL instead of indicating here). Did you follow these steps as indicated in the FAQ?
- For importing to a Windows computer by Wi-Fi connection, refer to: Wi-Fi import for Windows
- For importng to a Windows computer by USB connection, refer to: USB Connection
If you have already followed these steps and the issue still occurs, there may be a possibility that the data may be corrupted during recording time. May I know how is the recording being done?
