Bandwidth connection speed actually depends on your router and not from the TV. The reason why the media played are laggy and noisy may be due to the internet bandwidth is not sufficient to play the media or the Wi-Fi signal between your wireless router and the TV may be weak.
You can try the following options to see if it improves the situation:
1. Move the TV and the wireless router closer together and test for improvement. (Bringing them too close can also weaken the signal, so separate them by at least 1 meter.)
2. Turn off other wireless devices or separate them from the TV and wireless router. Other wireless devices might be causing interference.
3. If there is still no improvement, connect the wireless router and the TV via LAN cable, and use that.

Hope the above options help. If the media still appears laggy, I believe it may be due to the bandwidth data plan that you have signed up with your local service provider which you can contact them for more details.
